STRANGE DUAL CHAMBER STIMULATION

Implantable cardiac devices (pacemaker, ICD, resynchronisation) are increasingly indicated in recent years. Complications secondary to these implants encountered more frequently.We report the case of a 60 year old patient with double chamber pacing device, implanted 6 months before her consultation date for complete AVB.She was referred by attending physician exertional dyspnea and lipothymic discomfort following implantation device.Clinical examination revealed no abnormalities. The ECG showed spontaneous sinus rhythm at 60cpm.The interrogation device DDDR mode most frequent ASVS found 80%.The EGMs listed were not consistent programmed dual mode. atrial endocavitary signals labelled VS ventricular ones AP. change VVI which should generate drive us signal coded VS. AAI produces AP ventriculograms.A reversal lead connection box level evoked.The has undergone correct reconnection leads end procedure DDD.Follow-up telemetry 1 month after EGM appropriate paced detected chamber.
